3 Ways to Create a Memorable + Meaningful Client Experience

however, all opinions are my own.

I know a few things and one of those is that one of the best ways to grow any business is to ensure everyone you work with feels like you care.  I've learned that the littlest things within any business can make a huge impact on the experience your clients have and if you aren't giving them a great experience, they won't remember you or recommend you to others.  On the other hand, if you're able to make a few adjustments or additions within your systems, you have the power to not only make a bigger impact with the people you work with but also to reach new clients.

Today I want to dive into 3 things I feel are so important when it comes to creating a memorable and meaningful client experience.  You'll also want to read all the way through to snag a copy of my own workflow to stay on top of the client experienc…

Today I want to dive into 3 things I feel are so important when it comes to creating a memorable and meaningful client experience.  You'll also want to read all the way through to snag a copy of my own workflow to stay on top of the client experience!

1.  Make things as simple and easy for your clients as possible!

From the time you send that very first email to the final payment collection, you want to ensure that the process and workflow are easy and painless for anyone you work with.  This is why I use HoneyBook for all my client management needs including sending contracts, invoices, questionnaires, timelines, and much more!  It's truly changed the game for me in so many ways in how I run and manage my creative business.  For more on HoneyBook, you can read this post here.  If you'd like to get started you can click here to get 50% off your entire first year!

2.  Set expectations from the get-go.

Like any good relationship, you want to grow roots deep into solid communication.  I learned early on in my own business the importance of not only strong communication but setting expectations.  You want your clients to understand what to expect from you, your process, next steps, etc.  As a client, you want your clients to feel comfortable and confident in their investment, which in turn builds trust.  I do this by sending my clients a detailed Welcome Magazine PDF guide that walks them through all things like when I'm available and when I'm not.  I also like to lay out exactly what the process looks like and what they can expect.

3.  Last but certainly not least... make your clients feel special.

There is nothing sweeter than feeling special.  Truly - it's one of the best gifts you can give someone else.  For me, I was looking for something in my own workflow that would make an impact, but also not break the bank.  Trust me - I'd love to be able to send everyone a perfectly curated wooden box filled with home spa glory but it's simply not in my budget.  Then some gals sent me a Greetabl for the first time when I was published in Style Me Pretty back in 2017.  I remember sitting in my car to open the box and feeling completely surprised and overwhelmed by the simple yet incredibly thoughtful gift!  Not only was the packaging beautiful, so was the box inside which had a beautiful print, custom images that I could tear off, a sweet message AND a gift inside!  I was like, "WHAAAAT is this thing and where do I sign up?"

Basically, Greetabl truly is the ideal solution for the gifting gap; a pretty nice upgrade from a standard greeting card but way less expensive than flowers or chocolates.  The gifts are curated to ensure you can find something to perfectly match the person you're sending a box to!

I started out by sending Greetabls to my brides right after their wedding and the best part was it was not only a great gift, but they got a sneak peek at their wedding photos!  It's easy, like soooo easy... it truly will only add 2 minutes on to your existing workflow, it's affordable and oh so dang beautiful!

Greetabl offers a few options (both of which I've used!) that I'll highlight for you to best choose the right fit for your needs!
