Ellie + Ryan | Engaged
These two... ahhh their love is contagious and you could just feel it within the first few seconds of our time together. Engagement sessions are probably my favorite part of the wedding experience here at Emma Rose Company because it is my opportunity to get my couples familiar with the way I work and and how I approach everything to get the final result I'm after! Now when I show up to their special day we already have a solid foundation and relationship! Ellie and Ryan did NOT need much help at all because they were total naturals in front of my lens! I loved the subtle things I'd hear them say to each other that made the other just light up... it was perfection.
I love any opportunity for a true PNW session on Rose Ranch!
The sky was mysterious as we are getting smoke from Oregon and California. The wildfires happening right now are absolutely terrible and it's just crazy to me that we can see that from where we live! It almost felt like it might rain during our session but it didn't! Taking pictures down at our main barn is hands down one of my favorite places to work with clients! There's plenty of room to move, different scenes all in one and who doesn't love when the cows come to hang out for the session!?
Ellie and Ryan are tying the knot next summer in Portland and after this dreamy engagement session I'm even MORE excited!
Not to mention Ryan and my brother, Connor, are best friends! So my brother and their whole amazing crew will be there to party which is just going to be even more special for me as the photographer! More on that, later! For now I'll leave you with these beautiful images from our time together on the ranch! Thank you for venturing to my neck of the woods you two! I had so much fun and while June seems far away, it will be here before we know it!
